What it shows

Price Intelligence Report Builder is the core tool for generating structured competitive insights. It allows you to customize fields, apply filters, and export data for deeper analysis.

How to create a report

  • Choose your Report Type:

    • All Products: Every competitor match is displayed in a separate row. Best for granular auditing.

    • My Products: One row per SKU, with all competitor prices shown as columns. Ideal for SKU-vs-competitor benchmarking.

    • Historical Reports: Multiple rows per SKU showing price movements over time. Best for promo analysis, seasonal reviews, and trend tracking.

  • Choose how to Share Your Report. Options include:

    • Don’t share with others

    • All users in your organization

    • Selected users

  • Select the Columns to include. Commonly selected fields include:

    • Price / Previous Price / Regular Price

    • Shipping Price / Total Price (Price + Ship)

    • MAP, MAP Violation, MAP Deviation

    • Availability

    • 14D / 30D / 60D minimum prices

    • Competitor ranges

  • Apply your filters: Filters help tailor the report for a strategy (e.g., “authorized sellers only,” “in-stock only,” “promo price changes last 14 days”).

    • A product list (recommended for weekly/recurring analysis)

    • Include/Exclude assortment

    • A single SKU

    • A Price Range

    • Crawl Date

    • Price Comparison

    • Include Match Type

  • Select Competitors: Filtering to the competitors that matter most avoids noise and helps identify meaningful price gaps.

  • Select Categories

  • Select Brands

  • Click Run Report to generate the table.

  • Save your report and make sure to name it clearly

    • ex: [Brand] – [Category] – [Competitor Set] – [Date Range]. Saved reports appear in your Reports list for easy recurring use.

  • You can also export your report for further analysis.
