Log into the Admin Web interface.
Hover over the Items module, and from the drop-down menu click on Manage.
In the Export Excel File section, click on Download Items - this action will trigger an Excel file to be downloaded to your machine that includes all of the items in the system.
Open the Excel file from step 3 and make the updates that are needed, for example change the name of an item, the subcategory they are assigned to, size, etc.
After all updates are made, save the file.
In the Import Excel or Zip File section on the same web page, click on Choose File.
Navigate in the file explorer to the file you saved on step 5, click on the file, and then click on Open.
In the same Admin web page, click on Import File.
