How alerts are delivered and what they show

Alerts arrive via email according to your schedule preferences.

Each email includes:

  • The products or retailers that triggered the alert.

  • The type of change (price drop, new on site, etc.).

  • Date and time of detection.

  • A direct link to view results in Market Intelligence.

  • Optional Excel file attachment for easy sharing.

Delivery Options

  • Frequency: Daily, weekly, or specific days/hours (based on UK time zone).

  • Recipients: You and any teammates you add.

  • Display Format: Choose whether results appear by sites or by products.

  • Attachments: Tick “Include Excel” if you want the alert data file attached.

Note: Alerts depend on data crawl timing. They’re sent once new data is available, not at the exact hour selected.
