What is an expired match?
An expired match is a competitor listing that has not refreshed for X days (your program defines this threshold).
Expired matches usually mean:
The listing no longer exists
The retailer changed the URL
The page structure changed
The product is discontinued
There’s a temporary extraction issue
Where you’ll see expired matches
Expired matches appear in:
The Products Tab table
SKU Details table
Reports
Why they matter
Expired matches skew your data by:
Showing outdated prices
Inflating competitor counts
Hiding new listings
Misrepresenting availability
How to resolve expired matches
Review the expired competitor listing via the SKU Details Page.
If it’s no longer relevant → Remove or replace the match.
If it still exists → Use Find Match to add the updated retailer URL.
For large-scale → Contact your CSM to review match health across your catalog.
