Managing expired and inactive matches

Price Intelligence flags competitor listings that haven’t been updated recently, helping you spot stale or outdated data.

What is an expired match?

An expired match is a competitor listing that has not refreshed for X days (your program defines this threshold).

Expired matches usually mean:

  • The retailer changed the URL

  • The page structure changed

  • The product is discontinued

  • There’s a temporary extraction issue

  • If it’s no longer relevant → Remove or replace the match.

  • If it still exists → Use Find Match to add the updated retailer URL.

  • For large-scale → Contact your CSM to review match health across your catalog.
