There may a few reasons your store is not repricing.
Reason 1: Lack of Direct Integration
You must be directly integrated with a channel management system (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Magento, ChannelAdvisor, etc.) in order to reprice back to your website. If you do not have this and want this, please reach out to your CSM.
Reason 2: Repricing Settings Configuration
In Wiser settings, make sure to configure 'Reprice automatically every day at ____' is configured and turned on.
Reason 3: Individual Price Rule Setting Configuration
Within the individual rule level, ensure the box 'Enable automatic repricing' is checked on:
