Go to your device Settings

Find Wiser and click on it (Note within Settings it should list all of your apps towards the bottom of the screen)

There should be a list of permissions you can toggle on/off

Go to your device Settings

Go to the "Apps" Menus

Find Wiser and click on it

There may be an additional "Permissions" menu within that menu

There should be a list of permissions you can toggle on/off - make sure storage and camera are on
