Follow the steps below if you forgot your password or need to reset it for any reason. This can be done on your mobile device or from your Wiser Web Portal.
Via Mobile App
1. If you have not already, you need to log out to get to the opening login screen
To log out simply go to the menu on the top left and tap on Settings. From the menu, click Logout
2. On the opening log-in screen tap Forgot Password?
3. Enter your e-mail address and tap on Reset Password
4. Wiser will e-mail you a link to reset your password. Click the link and set your new password
5. Go back to the app and log in with the same username and your new password
Via Web
1. Go to retail.wiser.com
2. On the opening log-in screen tap Forgot Password?
3. Enter your registered e-mail address and tap on Send
4. Wiser will e-mail you a link to reset your password. Click the link and set your new password
5. Go back to the login page and sign in with the same username and your new password
Via Admin Panel
If you need to change your password and you are already logged in to the Admin Panel do the following:
1. Click on Settings from the menu on the left
2. In the top right-hand corner click the Reset Password button
3. Wiser will e-mail you a link to reset your password
4. Click the link which will direct you to a reset page
5. Follow the steps as directed
