Territories are a way to Geographically define regions within Wiser. You can define regions by either State or ZIP. In the case where a single state is included in 2 different territories (e.g. NorCal and SoCal territories) then territories need to be defined by ZIP. If you each state has its own territory, then you can define it by ZIP.
Users with Admin access can set up territories by going to the "Territories" tab on the web platform.
To Add a New Territory
1. Select "New Territory" in the top right-hand corner of the Territories screen
2. Add rules for each state/ZIP (for ZIP can select multiple within one drop down)
3. Select Save
