To delete a form result that has been submitted and synced, do the following:
Login to the web portal and click Form Results from the side menu
Use the filters up top and scroll down until you find the form you want to delete
Click the down arrow next to View Result and click Delete Result
If you are unable to find the form result through the web portal follow this article to ensure all submitted work has been synced to the server.
