Below are the 3 levels of access that can be granted to a user. You can change a user's permission from the Edit User screen.
Admin - Mobile access + full access to all web screens and functions (Reporting Suite & Admin Panel)
Manager - Mobile access + full access to all screens above the "Manage" divider (aka Reporting Suite) and limited access to configuration screens below the "Manage" divider (Admin Panel)
Rep - Mobile Access + limited access to Reporting Suite and Admin Panel.
