The Activity Map is located on the top left-hand side of your Wiser navigation panel. Our Activity Map is a visualization of forms completed according to the actual location in which they were submitted.

Each pin represents a single submission and circles containing numbers represent clusters of submissions. Zoom in closer to view the individual pins within clusters.

Click on the pins to view the details of the submission including the date, time, store, and form results.

By selecting the form title, a user can view the results from that submission (as seen in the screenshot below).

From there, form results can be emailed or downloaded directly.
