Forms are typically used to collect, aggregate, and analyze information for stores, accounts, or projects. There are different types of Wiser forms available, each with different behaviors and use cases.
Update Form
This form will never reset and will always display the previously saved entries.
* NOTE this form cannot be accessed when offline
Use Case - This is good for collaborating with teams and tracking the current status of a store, HQ Account, or project.
Reset Form
This form will reset immediately after each submission.
Use Case - This is typically used when a form needs to be completed multiple times on one or more visits.
Initiative Form
Initiative forms have a completion status for each store it's assigned to.
Use Case - This form stays open and visible to the rep until the completion criteria are met, at which point it closes out and is no longer available for the rep to complete at that store.
