Depending on a variety of factors (such as internet connection, device speed, app version, etc.) some devices may take longer to update after changes have been made on web. In general, changes made on web should be made available within 24 hours. Some examples of update delays include:

  • Store is added on web, user isn't seeing it on mobile yet

  • Store group assigned out to view on mobile, user isn't seeing it on mobile yet

  • Store is deleted on web, user still sees on mobile

In general, you first want to ensure you have run through the steps in this article as they will help ensure your device is up to date.

To force your device to pull in the latest info, please follow these steps, in order:

1. Start by swiping down on the screen to refresh the page

*NOTE: if your form is in a "saved" or "draft" state then you need to clear responses.

2. Logout, then close the app. Reopen the app and log back in. See if updates have been made.

3. After first checking for and addressing any saved/draft forms - Uninstall and then Reinstall the app. This is the most extreme fix but has been successful as a last resort to force devices to update.
