If your Wiser App is unresponsive and your device still reacts to the home screen button, you can Force Quit your application.
iOS (Apple)
Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

Open your device's Settings.
Tap Apps.
Tap on Wiser.
Tap Stop or FORCE STOP.
Tap OK.
