Reassigning Stores to a Different HQ Account

If you find stores assigned to the incorrect HQ Account, you can reassign stores to a different HQ Account by doing the following:

1. In the Admin Panel click on stores from the Menu on the Left

2. Search for the Store(s) you want to reassign and select each store by clicking the checkbox to the left of Edit Store

3. At the top right of the screen, click Actions > Update HQ Account

4. In the pop-up model, search and select the HQ Account you want to assign the store(s) to

5. Click Assign
