Your Program Scope

Before you log in, align with your Engagement Manager on what you want to track. Your configuration determines what you see in the platform and how data is collected.

What we configure together

How Your Data Is Collected

We collect your data by extraction from the retailer websites you and your team selected, along with the competitors you chose for tracking. The result is a consistent, ready to use view of price, availability, delivery timing, promotions, ratings, reviews, and core product details.

Two collection paths

Refresh cadence

  • Data updates are dependent on contract.

  • Your Customer Success Manager can confirm timing for your account.

  • Saved reports reflect new data as it arrives.

Your First Login

After your credentials are activated, log in to the platform. You will land on the home screen.

Get Oriented

Take a quick look around so you know where things live and can get moving with confidence.

Home Screen Tour

The home screen is split into two panels.

Think of it this way: the left panel holds your saved work. The right panel holds the lists you report on. Keeping that in mind makes navigation easy.
