Step 1 : Review Price History

Look for:

  • Large drops (promotions)

  • Seasonal patterns

  • Consistently low competitors

Step 2: Scan Competitor Table

Identify:

  • High-risk price gaps

  • Unauthorized marketplace sellers

  • Competitors frequently out-of-stock

  • Sellers who have not updated (“expired matches”)

Step 3: Audit Matches

If you want to make any changes to the matches:

  • Use Find Match to search for alternatives

  • Add Exact or Equivalent matches

  • Flag expired or outdated listings

Tips & Best Practices

  • Check high-volume SKUs weekly for competitive shifts.

  • Use 60-day metrics to validate whether pricing changes are “normal” or meaningful.

  • If marketplace pressure is high, filter to only authorized sellers for clarity.

  • Clean up expired matches regularly to keep reporting clean.

  • Use the competitor table to help you quickly answer:

    • Who is undercutting me?

    • Which competitors are out-of-stock?

    • Which items have unstable pricing?
