Privacy & Notices Tab

The Policy & Notices section defines how enforcement is applied.

This includes:

  • The active MAP policy

  • Strike structure (warnings and escalation steps)

  • Notice templates used in enforcement

Policy overview

The policy defines:

  • Start and end dates

  • Enforcement style (e.g., seller-based)

  • Linked policy documentation

It also summarizes recent enforcement activity, such as:

  • Violations over time

  • Sellers currently in enforcement

Strike plan

The strike plan determines how violations escalate.

Typical steps include:

  • Warning notice

  • Strike 1, 2, and 3 notices

  • Final enforcement actions (e.g., do not sell)

Each step includes:

  • A defined notice

  • A timing interval (grace period)

  • A clear progression path

Notice templates

Notice templates are the messages sent to sellers during enforcement.

From this section, you can:

  • Review and manage existing notices

  • Assign notices to policy steps

  • Create optional notices for specific scenarios

These templates ensure consistent communication across all enforcement actions.
