Once you open a seller, you can review individual violating listings and take action.
From this view, you can:
See MAP price vs. seller price
Review listing source and availability
Select one or multiple listings
After selecting listings, you can choose an enforcement action.
Send Notice
Sending a notice applies your configured enforcement policy.
When sending a notice:
The correct policy step (warning or strike) is applied automatically
The email template is pre-filled based on your policy
You can review and edit before sending
After sending:
The violation moves out of the Open state
The configured grace period begins
Ignore options
If a listing should not be enforced, you can ignore it.
Ignore until next data extraction: Temporarily removes the listing. If the violation is detected again, it will return.
Ignore permanently: Removes the listing from enforcement unless manually reactivated.
Adding a Manual Violation
In addition to violations detected automatically, you can manually add a violation to your account.
This is useful when:
You've identified a violation the system didn't catch, and want to log it directly
You want to track a domain outside your paid monitoring scope, without adding it to automated monitoring
Where to add one
From inside a specific seller's page: The seller is applied automatically
From the general Enforcement view: Search for and select a seller, or add one manually
What's required
Product — search and select the SKU; a currency selector appears only if that SKU supports multiple currencies
Seller — select an existing seller, or add a new one by entering the domain and marking it authorized/unauthorized
Listing details — URL and title, now or later
Observed price — checked against MAP price; prices that wouldn't count as a violation are blocked
Date — of the violation
Screenshot — required (size limit to be confirmed by PM)
Note: Attempting to manually add a seller/domain that already exists will be blocked — select it from the existing list instead.
Identifying manual violations
Identifying manual violations
Marked with an M badge in the Status column, visible after opening the seller drawer from the Enforcement table.
Resolving manual violations
Manual violations can be resolved directly, unlike automated violations, which move to resolved only through the auto-resolve flow (an enforcement notice reaching resolution, or the seller correcting their price).
To resolve a manual violation:
From the Enforcement table, open the seller drawer
In the Status column, locate the violation marked with the M badge
Hover over the Status column to reveal a green checkmark labeled Resolve manual violation
Click the checkmark and confirm Resolve in the dialog box
The violation moves to resolved status once confirmed.
Reporting / Exports cross-reference
Reporting and exports include an Origin field showing whether a violation was Extracted or Manual, available as both an export column and a filter option.
