How to use the Sellers Tab

Updated today

The Sellers tab gives you a complete view of who is selling your products and how each seller is performing against your MAP policy. It is designed to help you identify repeat violators, confirm trusted partners, and focus enforcement efforts where they matter most.

What the Sellers tab shows

The Sellers tab surfaces both authorized and unauthorized sellers in one place, including marketplace storefronts and independent retailers. Sellers may be grouped under a single parent name when multiple storefronts belong to the same entity.

This view helps you understand seller behavior across your market, beyond individual product violations.

Viewing sellers by status

Use the tabs across the top of the page to switch between:

  • All Sellers: A combined view of authorized and unauthorized sellers in your program.

  • Authorized: Sellers you approved and included in your onboarding template.

  • Unauthorized: Sellers not included in your authorized list who are advertising your products.

Switching between these views allows you to quickly compare compliant partners against sellers that may require enforcement.

Understanding the seller list

Each row in the table represents a seller. From this view, you can review key seller metrics, including:

  • Seller status

  • Total listings

  • Total products

  • Last seen date

  • Related sellers

You can sort any column to surface repeat violators, identify high volume sellers, or confirm which partners are consistently compliant.

Customizing your view

Select Manage Columns to tailor the table to your workflow.

  • Seller name is included by default

  • Add or remove columns to match how you review compliance

  • Adjust views for different use cases, such as enforcement review or internal reporting

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific retailer or marketplace seller.

Using the Sellers tab for enforcement focus

The Sellers tab helps you move from visibility to action. Use this view to:

  • Identify repeat violators

  • Confirm trusted partners

  • Prioritize enforcement outreach

  • Align follow ups with internal teams

Combined with exports and scheduled reports, the Sellers tab supports consistent and efficient MAP enforcement.

When to use the Sellers tab

Use the Sellers tab when you want to understand who is driving MAP violations and where enforcement attention should be focused.

Use product or violations views when you need to investigate specific SKUs or pricing events.
