Overview of the Exports panel

Updated today

The Exports panel lets you create, schedule, and share reports based on Violations data, without changing or relying on the Violations table view itself. It is designed to help you turn monitoring results into shareable, repeatable reports for enforcement, internal teams, or record keeping.

Exports are configured entirely within the Exports panel, giving you full control over the data included, how it is structured, and how it is delivered.

The Exports panel opens from the Violations dashboard and provides a dedicated workspace for building reports.

From this panel, you can:

  • Define the scope of data to include

  • Choose the time frame the report should cover

  • Select and reorder report columns

  • Decide how and when the report is delivered

Each export is a snapshot of Violations data based on the settings you choose at the time of export.
