Understanding export configuration

Updated over 3 months ago

(Insert Exports Video and Instruction Sheet)

When creating a new export, you move through several configuration steps. Each step directly affects what appears in the final report.

Schedule

The Schedule section controls how often an export runs and when it is delivered.

Choose a frequency from the dropdown:

  • Does not repeat: Creates a one-time export.

  • Daily or Weekly: Creates a recurring export that runs automatically on your selected cadence.

When using a recurring schedule, you can also configure:

  • Time Zone: Determines when the export runs based on your local or preferred time zone.

  • Run Time: Specifies the exact time the export is generated and delivered.

These settings ensure scheduled exports arrive consistently and align with your internal workflows or enforcement timelines.

Time frame

Select the date range the export should cover.

Options include:

  • Today

  • Past 7 days

  • Past 14 days

  • Past 30 days

  • Past 90 days

The time frame controls which violations or listings are included, regardless of what is currently visible in the dashboard.

Data scope

Choose what type of listings to include in the report.

  • Violating Listings: Includes only listings currently flagged as MAP violations.

  • All Listings: Includes both compliant and non-compliant listings for broader analysis.

This selection defines whether the export is enforcement-focused or informational.

Selecting and managing export columns

The Columns section allows you to fully customize what information appears in the report.

From this panel, you can:

  • Search for available fields

  • Toggle columns on or off

  • Reorder columns using drag controls

Common column options include:

  • Seller Name and Seller Status

  • Product Name and Product Description

  • Listing Name

  • Regular MAP Price and Seller Price

  • Deviation and Delta (%)

  • Source

  • Violation Proof and Live Link

  • Violation Date and Latest Found Date

Some fields, such as Product Name and MAP Price, are included by default, but all selections can be adjusted to match your reporting needs.

This flexibility allows you to tailor exports for enforcement teams, legal review, or internal reporting without modifying the dashboard view.

Delivery options and sharing

At the final step, choose how the export is delivered.

Available options include:

  • Send to email(s): Deliver the report directly to yourself or additional recipients.

  • Download to device: Save the report immediately for local use.

You can add multiple email addresses to share reports with internal teams or partners. Scheduled exports will follow the same delivery settings each time they run.
