Using the Schedules Tab

The Schedules tab in the Exports panel shows all of your active scheduled reports in one place. It helps you manage ongoing email deliveries without recreating exports from scratch.

From this view, you can:

  • Review the export name, delivery time, file type, and number of columns/filters

  • See who receives each scheduled report

  • Edit an existing schedule

  • Delete schedules you no longer need

Each card represents an active recurring export and reflects the settings you originally created under New Export.

Editing a Schedule

Click the edit icon on any schedule card to update its settings.

From the edit panel, you can:

  • Change the export name

  • Update the file type

  • Adjust the schedule (daily or weekly)

  • Modify the time zone and run time

  • Switch between Violating Listings or All Listings

  • Add or remove columns

  • Add or adjust filters

  • Edit the distribution list

  • Save changes immediately

Your updated schedule will automatically replace the previous version.

When to Use the Schedules Tab

Use the Schedules tab when:

  • You want to confirm which recurring reports you already have running

  • You need to update delivery timing, recipients, or export settings

  • You want to delete old or redundant schedules

  • You want to maintain clean and accurate recurring reporting

Use New Export when creating a report for the first time.
Use Schedules when maintaining or adjusting it over time.
