To create a promotion, select Add Promotion and complete the setup fields:
Promotion name
Promotional period
Time zone
Currency
After setup, upload your promo MAP file using the provided spreadsheet template.
When the file is uploaded, the system automatically validates each product and separates results into three categories:
Matched: Products successfully matched and eligible for the promotion
Conflict: Products already included in another overlapping promotion
Not Found: Products that could not be matched to your catalog
Conflict and Not Found products are clearly flagged and excluded from the promotion. This validation step helps you identify issues early, before the promotion begins.
While a promotion is scheduled, you can replace the file to correct errors or make adjustments, or delete it. Once a promotion is running, it must be ended before any changes can be made.
