Photo Tagging allows teams to tag, search, and share photos around key retail elements such as compliance issues, competitors, promotions, displays, and products.

Setup Photo Tagging
From the Wiser Web Portal click on Tags.
Click on New Tag and enter the tag name.
Click Save.

Tag Photos on Mobile
For Photo Tagging to appear on mobile it must be activated by your Wiser Customer Success Manager AND you must have at least 1 Tag created from the Web Portal (see above).
1. In the Wiser Mobile App, tap to take a photo as you would normally do.
2. After you take a photo, there will be a button next to the photo that says "Tap to add tags"
3. After clicking the button, all available tags will show up. Select all that apply
Search by Tagged Photos on Mobile
1. In the Wiser Mobile App, tap on the menu icon on the top left and select Activities.
2. Tap on GalleryTap the filter icon at the top right and tap on Photo Tag
3. Select the Tag you want to filter by and apply the filter
Search by Tagged Photos on Web
1. From the Wiser Web Portal click on Gallery.
2. Click the Tag dropdown and select the tags you want to search for.
3. Click out to apply the filter.
Add or Remove Tags from Photos
Whether on Web or on Mobile you can add or remove tags from photos.
On Web
Tap or click on any photo to enter full-screen view. You'll see the TAGS on the right, where you can add or remove them as necessary.
In Mobile
Tap or click on any photo to enter full-screen view. In the bottom right corner, you will see a place to remove or add tags to photos
