Search Bar
The search bar can be used to search for specific Store Names or Address info (e.g. search for "Main St" or "Kroger")
If you want to search by multiple criteria (e.g. store name + location + HQ Account), then use it in conjunction with the Search by Location and Filters as described below.
Tap on the first search bar and a 2nd search bar will appear for the location
By default Wiser will use your current location, or the last searched location
If searching for a store in a different area, then use search by location to narrow your results
You can search by city name, county, or zip code.
Filters
Use filters to narrow down results according to different criteria
HQ Account: Using the account filter will help you narrow down your search by Banner/Parent Company
Last Visit: Filter by last activity
Store Lists: Store lists can be created on web by admins and then assigned out to users in the field as a filter option

"I added a store and then it disappeared...how do I get it to appear?"
Ensure no filters are applied
Search the store by name or address...sometimes the GPS or address is invalid and therefore will not appear near you
