How your setup shapes what you see

Understanding PI configuration, data collection and scope updates

Updated yesterday

Your setup determines the products, competitors, and retailers you can analyze in the platform and in your reports.

What’s configured for your program

  • Product catalog (your SKUs): This is your master list of products monitored across competitors.

  • Competitor matches: We match your SKUs to retailer listings so you can compare directly.

  • Retailers you track: Only the retailers included in your configuration appear in searches, reports, matches, and exports.

  • Data fields: Available fields (price, shipping, MAP, historical metrics, seller info, etc.) depend on your setup.

How data is collected

Price Intelligence extracts data directly from retailer product pages, capturing information like current price, regular price, shipping price, availability, promotions and marketplace sellers.

Each crawl reflects live conditions at the time of extraction.

Updating your configuration

If you need to add retailers, expand your monitored catalog, or adjust match rules contact your Customer Success Manager. Configuration changes can be rolled out without disrupting your current workflows.
