Navigating MAP Intelligence

Violations

The Violations section is where most users spend their time.

  • View MAP violations by seller or by product to understand where pricing rules are being broken.

  • Review evidence that supports each violation, including observed pricing and listing details.

  • Use filters to focus on authorized or unauthorized sellers, specific domains, or product categories.

  • Export violations instantly or schedule automated reports for ongoing monitoring.

This section is designed to support investigation, reporting, and follow-up actions.

Products & Promotions

The Products & Promotions section brings product-level monitoring and promotional activity together.

Products

  • View compliance across the SKUs included in your program.

  • Identify trends in violation activity by product or category.

  • Understand which products are most frequently impacted by pricing issues.

Promotions

  • Upload promotional MAP files using the provided spreadsheet template.

  • Track promotions through their lifecycle, including scheduled, running, and ended.

  • Allow the system to validate files and flag conflicts so temporary pricing exceptions are handled consistently.

Sellers

The Sellers section provides a complete view of who is selling your products.

  • See both authorized and unauthorized sellers in one place.

  • View parent and child sellers grouped under a primary name when applicable.

  • Identify sellers that are consistently compliant and those that require closer attention.

  • Use exports and scheduled reports to align follow-up actions with internal teams or external partners.

Quick tips

  • First time logging in: It is normal for views to appear empty until monitoring begins and data is collected.

  • Use filters early: Narrowing by seller type or product helps you focus on the most relevant issues quickly.

  • Customize your view: Adjust columns so the information most important to your workflow is always visible.

  • Reporting made easier: Scheduled exports help reduce manual work and keep stakeholders informed automatically.
