If a form is required, a red dot will appear next to it when a rep begins a store visit. At the top of the form list, there is a tally of how many completed forms have been finished. You can optionally have a dialogue box appear if there are any required forms not completed. This only prompts if a rep begins at least one form - otherwise, the dialogue box does not appear. (for example - if all they do is tap into a store and then tap out they won't get a dialogue box.)
How to Make a Form Required
Go to the Forms page on our website
Select Edit next to the form you'd like to make required
Turn the "Required" toggle to on (it will turn green to indicate it's on)
Select Save
