How to use the Contacts tab

The Contacts section is where you manage the people associated with your MAP program.

This includes both external sellers and internal team members who are involved in enforcement, communication, and reporting. Contacts ensure notices are sent to the right recipients and that your team has the correct access and visibility.

You can search, filter, and customize the contact list view to focus on the information most relevant to your workflow.

What's included in the Internal tab

The Internal tab contains your organization’s internal users.

Each contact includes:

  • Contact name and email

  • Job role

  • Linked sellers

  • Associated categories

These contacts represent the team members responsible for managing MAP enforcement, reviewing violations, and receiving communications or reports.

You can:

  • Add new internal contacts

  • Edit existing contact details

  • Customize visible columns to match your workflow

Maintaining accurate internal contacts ensures the right people are included in enforcement actions, reporting, and ongoing communication.
